Question: What would you do If your 11 year old special needs child found a cell phone at a football game,( he was with 2 other children and an adult) brought it directly to you, Its returned to the owner and then the school files charges against you son ? Now the child is confused, don’t want to go to school and don’t understand why he is in trouble because he helped find the phone. And the school also called child services!
